Logic Dart

Logic Dart Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-29 (pre-launch version). Who we are: Logic Dart is a service of CSEAM Technology Corporation, a North Carolina corporation, 226 Woodrow St, Reidsville, NC 27320. You can reach a person at [email protected].

1. What Logic Dart is, and whose data it holds

Logic Dart helps a business be found by the people nearby who are looking for it, and shows the effect in the business's own search data. Most of our customers are web developers and marketing agencies ("agencies") who use Logic Dart on behalf of the businesses whose websites they keep ("site owners"). Some site owners use Logic Dart directly.

The data about a business and its website belongs to that business. An agency holds it for the site owner. Logic Dart holds it only to do the job the agency or the owner asked for. We never use anything a customer gave us or granted us for another customer, for a benchmark, to train a model, or for our own marketing.

2. What we collect, where it comes from, and how long we keep it

What Where it comes from Why How long
Your account: name, email address, a hashed credential, your role in each workspace, and a record of what you did you to sign you in and to show who approved what while your account is active; accounts are disabled, not deleted, so that approvals stay readable; see section 8 for removal
Your website's public pages, read openly by our crawler under its own name (see section 5) the open web to show you what your site says about your business, with the page each fact came from, and to check changes after they go live while the site is in Logic Dart; deleted with it
Public facts about the business and its place (for example, its address as the US Census Bureau's geocoder resolves it) with the source, address and time of each public sources whose terms we have read; never a search engine's result page; never a private individual to show the facts with their sources and to ask the owner what we could not find while the business is in Logic Dart; deleted with it
Your site's own search data: daily rows from Google Search Console and weekly rows from Bing Webmaster Tools your own grant, through your own Google or Microsoft sign-in to show you your numbers and to measure the effect of the changes you approved while the site stays connected; deleted within 30 days after you disconnect the site or revoke the grant
The facts the owner confirmed, the questions and answers, and who confirmed what the owner, or the agency as the owner's agent to build changes only from confirmed facts while the business is in Logic Dart
The record: proposed changes, the evidence behind each, approvals with a digest of exactly what was shown, applied changes, live checks, receipts, and the audit trail the service and the people who acted so that every change can be traced to an approval and every number to its source append-only while the workspace exists; after a business is deleted, approvals and receipts are kept for two years, without the site's data
Model calls: the provider, the model, the token counts, the cost and a hash of the prompt; never the prompt's text the service to account for cost and caps while the workspace exists
Billing: your plan, invoices, and the identifiers our payment processor gives us; never a card number you, through Stripe to charge the plan you chose as tax law requires
Service logs: identifiers, counts, hosts, paths, statuses and timings; never customer data and never a credential the service to run and secure the service 90 days

3. Google user data

When you connect a site, you sign in with your own Google account and grant Logic Dart read-only access to Search Console data for the sites you choose (the scope webmasters.readonly). We access only the performance rows of those sites: clicks, impressions, average position and click-through rate, by page, query, date, country, device and search appearance.

We use that data for one purpose: to show it to you and the people you invite into your workspace, and to compute your receipt, which compares the pages that were changed against pages that were not. We store it encrypted at rest in a database in the United States, with your credential encrypted separately for your workspace and opened only by the job that reads your site. We do not share it with anyone outside your workspace, except that a site owner or an agency may choose to show receipts and applied changes to the owner's own client view. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train models, and do not use it for any other customer. You can export it at any time, and it is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect the site or revoke the grant in your Google account.

Logic Dart's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Microsoft Bing data

When you connect Bing Webmaster Tools, you sign in with your own Microsoft account and grant read-only access. We ask you which one site to read and read only that site. Everything in section 3 about use, storage, sharing, export and deletion applies in the same way.

5. Websites we read

Our crawler, LogicDartBot, reads the public pages of a site a customer added, identifies itself in every request, obeys robots.txt, reads one page at a time with a pause between pages, and never reads search engines' result pages. For the customer's own site we keep a compressed copy of the pages we read. For any other page we keep only its address, the time, a fingerprint and the facts taken from it, never the page itself. We do not look for private individuals and do not store the names of people we happen to find on a page. The crawler's page at logicdart.com/bot says how to block it.

6. People who help us run the service

We use these providers, each under its own terms, and each receiving only what its job needs:

Our staff may look into a workspace to support you only when the workspace's owner grants it; each such access is recorded and the owner can read the record.

7. Where your data is held, and backups

Your data is held in the United States. Backups are kept for up to six months on an encrypted schedule (seven daily, four weekly, six monthly copies) and a weekly encrypted copy is kept off our network. Something you deleted leaves the live service within the periods in section 2; backup copies expire within six months, are never restored except to recover the service, and after any such recovery the deletions are applied again before the service reopens.

8. Your rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to export your workspace's data as plain files (JSON, CSV and PDF), and to delete it. A workspace or a business its owner deletes is held for 30 days, recoverable, then purged, except the record described in section 2. A person who asks to be removed has their name and email replaced by "a removed person"; the approvals they made stay in the record, since the people who rely on them need to know they were made.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights to know, to delete, to correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. If the European Union's or the United Kingdom's data protection law applies to you, you have the corresponding rights under it, and the agency you work with is the controller of the data about its clients, with Logic Dart as its processor under a processor agreement. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

9. The owner's page and the client view

An agency may send a site owner a link to a page where the owner answers questions, confirms facts and reads receipts in plain words, without an account. An agency may also give its client a view of receipts and applied changes. Both are the agency's choice, made for its own client, and can be turned off at any time. The page carries one line saying that Logic Dart holds the data for the agency on the owner's behalf.

10. Email we send

We send email about your account (sign-in, invitations, security), about your workspace (approvals waiting, receipts ready, something on a site that undid an approved change) and, if you choose, reports under your agency's name. Every email that is not about your account's security has an unsubscribe link. We send no marketing email to people who did not ask for it.

11. Security

Every connection is encrypted. Customer credentials are encrypted per workspace and opened only by the job that needs them. Every record belongs to exactly one workspace, and the database enforces that boundary on its own. The record of approvals and changes cannot be edited or deleted. Our logs carry no customer data. We hold no security certification and claim none; our security page describes our practices in plain words.

12. Children

Logic Dart is a service for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version carries its date at the top and the changes are listed below it; customers with an account are told by email before a change that affects how their data is used takes effect.
